When our stove/oven broke we're really worried with Easter around the corner. Our service request through American Shield was assigned to AJ's Appliance. Phil quickly assessed the problem and provided a thorough explanation of the issue and what needed to be done.Even though he had to make multiple trips to secure parts, he went above and beyond so that he could complete the repair that same day. Based on our experience, I highly recommend AJ Appliance.

This place is pretty awesome I am somewhat of a do it myself type of person if you are looking for a place and you're like me I definitely recommend this place great quality parts for the best price I have pulled five or six dryers from people's garbage pile all they needed was to be taken apart a little bit cleaned out properly and every single one of them so far had one of two issues a burnt thermal fuse or a burnt igniter costed me less than $50 to fix each one I turn around and sold them for $100 each it's not hard people this place is A1 for parts and if they don't have it it only takes a day or two to get

I called AJ’s appliance because I was in a pinch and needed my washer repaired ASAP. They had the part ready and was at my house within 2 days of my call. Charles did an excellent job. His service was only about an hour, he was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. Will definitely use this company in the future, if needed! 100% recommend.

The A and J’s tech just left our house for a washing machine repair. Not only did he do a phenomenal job, but was extremely professional, to the point ,got the repair done ! the owner of the company yesterday approved them to do a next day repair, which was awesome. He fixed the holding brackets of my dishwasher to our satisfaction so it would no longer tip forward or move. He also stopped the loud noise coming from our refrigerator unrelated to our fans. All the while being very pleasant and answering all our questions.

AJs came out to repair my dishwasher. They called when they were on their way. Very professional and friendly. The dishwasher started to work while he was here. We still ordered the part to fix it. The dishwasher worked for a few days, but ultimately needed the part to fix it. Pricing was in line with other repair business’, but I am confident they will stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend AJ’s Appliance repair.

I had another company come out first. They came out twice. The second time they told me they couldn’t get the dishwasher out. This was after waiting 2 1/2 weeks for them to get parts and fit me in. They told me I would have to pay a handyman to get the dishwasher out and then they would come back and fix it and then the handyman would have to come back to put the dishwasher back in.Billy from AJs Appliance came out and within 10 minutes he had the dishwasher out. He fixed my dishwasher with no problems and a smile on his face. He was great. I would call this company every time! I would never use appliance repair USA. Thank you Billy and AJs Appliance!!

Our refrigerator started not consistently holding temperature and so we called AJs Appliance Repair to check out the problem. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. Our service tech, Anthony, was terrific. He was able to come earlier than service window and called to confirm that was okay. While he determined that the fridge needed a new motor, which isn’t manufactured for our fridge model anymore, he cleaned out the coils behind the fridge to get it running as best as it could in the interim. He confirmed that our fridge was near the end of its lifespan and that we may benefit from looking for a new one soon, but I’m grateful to get this one working for now and appreciated Anthony’s candor, helpfulness and professionalism.
